Renting
Rent includes different categories of listings like Accommodations, Event Spaces,Transportation, Dining Experiences among others. However the following entails us what happens on rental item;
Users can choose check in & out date 📅, number of guests 🤵 or extra service 💰 and send a request to the host to book a reservation. Once the host accepts request user can be charged for the entire amount at reserved time (payments are processed offline).
Host can manage availability calendar, set regular price per night, weekend price or even define custom price for any day he wants. He can also enable price per guest (booking cost will be multiplied by number of guests) and define maximum guests per reservation.
