How to add a Listing
Adding a listing on UrbanBook is a straightforward process. Follow these steps to showcase your business or services:
1. Visit UrbanBook:
– Head to UrbanBook.app.
2. Sign Up or Log In:
– If you’re new, sign up with your email. If you already have an account, log in to your dashboard.
3. Setup Your Profile:
– Complete your profile with accurate details to enhance your business credibility.
4. Verification Process:
– For registered businesses, submit National ID, Certificate of Incorporation, ZRA TPIN, and proof of residence (Zesco or water bill slip).
– For unregistered businesses, submit National ID, phone numbers of 2 next of kin, and proof of residence to [email protected].
5. Account Review and Approval:
– Your account will be reviewed within 24 hours. Once approved, you’ll receive confirmation.
6. Listing Your Service
– Click on the left corner of the website and select “Add Listing.”
7. Payment Preferences:
– Indicate whether you accept payments offline or online. If choosing online payments, please familiarize yourself with the terms outlined here.
8. Review and Submit:
– Thoroughly review all listing details. If satisfied, submit your listing.
9. Checkout:
– If a payment is required, proceed to checkout and complete the transaction through mobile money.
10. Approval Process:
– Expect your listing to be approved promptly within 1 hour.
